Unless stated otherwise on your rate:

• Free cancellation until 48 hours before check-in
• Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

How to cancel

Use Booking lookup with your reference, or email stay@thaivintagewhitchuch.co.uk. You will see a refund quote before confirming where the system supports it.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method after provider confirmation. Timing depends on your card issuer.
