Contract

A booking is confirmed only after successful full payment online and server confirmation. The success page alone does not confirm a stay.

Prices

All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes as shown in the breakdown. The server-calculated total at hold/checkout is authoritative.

Guest responsibilities

• Provide accurate guest and contact details
• Arrive within agreed hours or notify us of late arrival
• Treat the property and other guests with care

Changes

Date or room changes depend on availability and may change the price. Contact us or use booking lookup where available.
